My Story

I am an Occupational Therapist with nearly 30 years of clinical experience.

My work is driven by a desire to build capacity and confidence in parents and therapists, strengthening the team around the child so families can live in ways that genuinely suit their neurodivergent loved ones. Neurodiversity-affirming practice is a core value of my work.

I am committed to providing high-quality Occupational Therapy and Supervision, by engaging in regular training and  ongoing supervision for myself. I also convene an Australian online peer support group for Occupational Therapy Supervisors and maintain a small private practice caseload in Wagga Wagga, NSW.

My hope is that by building the confidence of the parents and therapists who support children, I can help create strong “teams around the child.” Together, we can support children and families in ways that truly suit their neurodivergent needs, making therapy meaningful, sustainable, and empowering for everyone involved.

Outside of work, I’m usually in the garden, out hiking, playing with my dog, or supporting my teen daughter with homeschooling.

My Services:

  • Parent Consultations for caregivers of neurodivergent children 2-16 years via telehealth Australia-wide. These sessions can be short term or ongoing in nature. These are suitable for NDIS and private clients. This programme is called "Kindred Online OT for Parents"

  • Telehealth Supervision and Mentoring for Occupational Therapists. I am a highly experienced supervisor and have a passion for supporting our profession to thrive. I am endorsed under Medicare Better Access To Mental Health and I offer casual and ongoing supervision services. I offer a range of professional development tools and on-demand workshops through my website connecttogrow.com.au

  • Occupational Therapy and Assessments for children and teens in Wagga Wagga. I provide short-term, targeted occupational therapy (2–10 sessions) for children and teens. This rapid, functional approach is ideal for families on waitlists, needing support with a specific goal, or requiring timely OT intervention. I also provide a range of assessment options such as: "Access to the NDIS", "Sensory Profiling", "Special Considerations for Examinations", "General Occupational Therapy Assessment", and "Targeted Assessment and Strategies" (for toileting, sleep or self regulation goals).
