About Me

My practice focuses on creating safe, affirming spaces where young people can grow and thrive, while families, schools, and communities feel supported and connected. I work with children and teens with ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, apraxia, and coordination challenges.

My work is grounded in neuroaffirming practice and supports individuals to build authentic social comfort, develop regulation strategies that suit their unique brain and body, strengthen self-advocacy, and connect with their identity, interests, and community.

I believe therapy should celebrate differences, nurture strengths, and empower people to live in ways that reflect who they truly are.

Outside of work, I’m an avid reader who recharges in nature through bush walks, beach days, and camping by rivers. I love history—particularly WWI, WWII, and Greek mythology—and I’m energised by connecting with people and hearing their stories.

My Services

  • Occupational Therapy in Wagga Wagga (pre-schoolers, school-aged and adolescents) age groups. I offer flexible support across different settings.

  • Puberty based Occupational Therapy groups in Wagga Wagga as a registered Puberty Plus Practitioner. These groups support young people aged 8-12 to navigate this important stage of growth

  • Professional supervision for like-minded occupational therapists, offering reflective practice, guidance, and support to strengthen confidence and skills in neuro-affirming, family-centred approaches.

  •  Workshops & Presentations for educators and parent groups. These are designed for small groups, creating safe and interactive spaces where participants can learn, reflect, and connect. Please contact me if you would like me to develop tailored workshops on the following topics:

  1. Neurodiversity awareness and inclusion

  2. Self-regulation strategies and sensory supports

  3. Puberty and developmental transitions

  4. Building supportive environments for children and teens

When I Work

I work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Most sessions are scheduled during school hours. This allows me to balance my professional role with being the main carer for my two boys—a role that keeps me grounded, playful, and constantly learning.
